I began my journey at Francolini’s as a cashier, eventually transitioning to making sandwiches. While I enjoyed the hustle of customer service, I felt there was an opportunity to use my marketing background to help the deli grow.

Driven by my desire to make a more meaningful impact, I approached the owners with a comprehensive marketing plan aimed at boosting brand awareness, strengthening our community connections, and highlighting the unique charm of Francolini’s to a broader audience.

This experience allowed me to channel my creative ideas, strategic thinking, and passion for marketing into tangible results for a local business I truly believed in.

While working at Francolini’s, I noticed the deli’s potential for further growth on social media, particularly on Instagram.

Motivated by the classes from my Advertising degree, I took the initiative to develop a detailed strategy aimed at organizing posts, highlighting signature menu items, and fostering a stronger connection with the local community.

My proposal outlined a structured posting schedule, strategic use of hashtags, and engaging content themes that would not only showcase the deli’s welcoming atmosphere but also reflect its unique culinary offerings.

By focusing on authenticity and storytelling, I sought to keep current customers engaged while drawing in new customers who might not yet have discovered the amazing Francolini’s.
